About the event

Fall is a season of shedding. As the trees release their leaves, we too can release what no longer serves us. This 4-session, 60-minute series takes place inside a healing salt cave, pairing seasonal change with inner renewal.

Each session blends journaling, breathwork, gentle Hatha-inspired yoga, and meditation, while exploring themes of release, from quieting the inner critic, to releasing limiting beliefs, softening perfectionism, and surrendering to change.

Align with the rhythms of fall to let go and create space for growth. Accessible for all levels, all are welcome.
