About the event

From Heartbreak to Healing: A Guided Poetry & Reflection Series

In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, join Ashlyn Schwartz, PhD, for a four-part virtual book series designed to support emotional healing, self-reflection, and reconnection.

Drawing from her poetry collection Rose-Kissed Promises and her background in mental health and nervous system education, Ashlyn guides participants through a gentle, immersive experience that blends storytelling, poetry, and evidence-informed reflection practices.

Each session offers a space to slow down, process, and reconnect with yourself through:

  • Guided poetry readings

  • Reflective prompts and journaling
