Yoga, Breathwork & Meditation on the Beach

A sunset nervous system reset by the sea.
We begin with guided breathwork to ground and regulate. Then move into a gentle, breath-led yoga flow, mostly seated and low to the mat. Just intentional movement designed to soothe the body. We close with meditation and optional Reiki during savasana.
Donation-based class. Pay what you can. Your well-being matters most.
