Join Dr. Ashlyn Schwartz, PhD, founder of The Collective Om, and Sheryl Johnson, founder of Hearts 4 Minds, for an engaging and interactive session that blends science, lived experience, and practical wellness tools to support mental health and resilience.
In today's fast-paced world, stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm can impact our relationships, work, and overall quality of life. This session explores the connection between stress, mental well-being, and daily functioning while providing participants with accessible, evidence-informed strategies to navigate life's challenges with greater awareness and confidence.
Through a combination of education, personal storytelling, guided discussion, and experiential activities, attendees will learn practical techniques to regulate the nervous system, reduce stress in real time, strengthen emotional resilience, and foster meaningful connection.
