Stress doesn't just affect our productivity, it influences how we think, feel, connect with others, and relate to ourselves. Over time, chronic stress and the pressure to constantly achieve can pull us away from our intuition, values, and sense of self, leaving us feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck in survival mode.


In this interactive and experiential session, Dr. Ashlyn Schwartz, PhD, founder of The Collective Om, invites participants to explore the connection between stress, self-awareness, and self-trust. Through a blend of personal storytelling, evidence-informed education, reflective exercises, and grounding breathwork practices, attendees will gain insight into how stress shapes their thoughts, behaviors, and decision-making.
