A sunset reset on the beach.
We begin with guided breathwork to ground and regulate. Then move into a gentle, breath-led yoga flow, mostly seated and low to the mat. Just intentional movement designed to soothe the body. We close with meditation and optional Reiki or sound healing during savasana.
