About the event
Honoring Loved Ones Lost | For Kirk, I miss you every day
Join us for a special candlelight gathering on the beach to honor National Overdose Awareness Day. This healing ceremony is held in remembrance of those we've lost.
Together, we’ll reflect, move, and create in their memory:
Trauma-informed yoga to reconnect with the body in safety
A driftwood memory tree, where we’ll paint shell necklaces with names, messages, or symbols of those we carry in our hearts
A guided meditation and moment of silence at sunset to honor the light that lives on within us
