About the event
Join Dr. Ashlyn Schwartz, founder of The Collective Om, for an intimate evening as part of the Rootwoman Collective Speaker Series.
The Way Home: Rethinking Stress & Success is a reflective and empowering talk that explores how stress shapes our lives, how we’ve been conditioned to define success, and what it looks like to return to a more grounded, aligned way of living.
Drawing from her background in public health and her work in nervous system regulation, Ashlyn weaves together science, personal insight, and real-world application to offer a new perspective on burnout, ambition, and well-being. This is not about doing more, but about learning how to come back to yourself.
The evening will include a talk, space for reflection, and open networking with a community of like-minded individuals.
