Service Description
Enjoy the communal experience of the retreat while having a more private space to return to for rest and recharge. Private accommodations are intentionally simple, rustic, and immersed in nature. Depending on final assignments, private spaces may include a full size bed, or a queen bed with an additional full size bed. These spaces may be enjoyed solo or shared with a friend or partner attending the retreat. Expect screened or open air spaces, forest sounds, and the same immersive nature based experience as the rest of the Hostel. Final lodging assignments will be thoughtfully coordinated based on availability and group size. If you’re attending with a friend or partner and would like to share a private space, you’ll be able to note that preference during registration. Your retreat includes two nights of lodging, all retreat programming, breakfast and lunch, communal dinner provided by the Hostel, and full access to the property and retreat spaces. Please note: Accommodations do not include heating or air conditioning Many sleeping spaces require stairs or walking paths for access Bathrooms and showers are located separately from sleeping spaces and require outdoor access Composting toilets are used on the property and are accessed via a spiral staircase

Cancellation Policy
A $50 nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your space and is applied toward the total retreat cost. The remaining balance is due by October 1, 2026. Cancellations made before October 1 will receive a refund of payments made, minus the $50 nonrefundable deposit. Beginning October 1, all retreat payments are nonrefundable as accommodations, meals, supplies, and other retreat expenses will have been committed based on final attendance. Transfers: If you can no longer attend, you may request to transfer your reservation to another person prior to the retreat. Payments already made will transfer with the reservation and are not refunded. The new participant must complete all required registration forms and is responsible for any remaining balance. If The Collective Om must cancel the retreat, payments made directly to The Collective Om will be refunded. The Collective Om is not responsible for travel or other personal expenses.
